This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or participate in our classes.

1. Returns & Exchanges – Products Only
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
    •    The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
    •    A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:
    •    Opened or used gear
    •    Gift cards or downloadable products
To initiate a return, please contact us at [final email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds – Products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Class Bookings
All bookings for training classes are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Tactical training sessions
Firearms safety courses
Specialty classes

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you may:

Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice (based on availability)
Transfer your booking to another person with prior approval

Please contact us directly to manage rescheduling or transfers.

4. Cancellations by NKTactical
In rare cases where we must cancel a class due to weather, instructor emergency, or low enrollment, you will be offered:

• A full refund or
• The option to reschedule at no additional cost
