Booking Policy

Welcome to Noble Knights Tactical! We're excited to have you join us for a top-tier training experience. To ensure a smooth booking process and an excellent experience, please review our booking policies below.

  1. How to Book:

  • All bookings for tactical training sessions, courses, or events must be made through our official website or by contacting our customer support.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods as listed on the website.

  • A booking confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been processed, containing all the details of your session, including date, time, and location.
     

  1. Participant Eligibility:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to attend most of our tactical courses unless otherwise specified.

  • A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon arrival.

  • All participants are required to sign a waiver before taking part in any training. This can be completed online during the booking process or on-site before the session begins.
     

  1. Booking Deadline:

  • Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the session start time. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.

  • For courses with limited capacity, early booking is recommended to secure your spot.
     

  1. Group Bookings:

  • For group training sessions (5 or more participants), please contact us for special group rates and availability.

  • Group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. All group bookings are subject to the same payment and waiver requirements as individual bookings.
     

  1. Booking Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your booking (change the date, time, or participant details), you must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • Changes requested less than 72 hours before the session are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of your booking.
     

  1. Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session to complete the check-in process and prepare for the course.

  • Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session, depending on the instructor’s discretion, and no refunds will be issued for missed training due to late arrival.
     

  1. Course Materials & Equipment:

  • All necessary equipment will be provided by Noble Knights Tactical unless otherwise stated in the course description.

  • If you wish to bring your own equipment, it must be pre-approved by our staff before the session.
     

  1. Health and Safety:

  • It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are physically fit and in good health to participate in the training. Any health concerns or special needs should be communicated during the booking process.

  • Noble Knights Tactical reserves the right to refuse participation if safety or health concerns are identified.
