🔹 Returns & Exchanges – Products Only

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

    •    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    •    Proof of purchase is required.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

    •    Used or opened gear

    •    Gift cards

    •    Downloadable products

🔹 Refunds – Products

🔹 Training Class Bookings

All class bookings are non-refundable. This applies to:

    •    Tactical training sessions

    •    Firearm safety courses

    •    Specialty instruction

If you cannot attend a class, you may:

    •    Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice (subject to availability)

    •    Transfer your spot to another individual (with prior approval)

For rescheduling or transfers, please contact us directly.

If NKTactical must cancel a class (e.g., due to weather, low enrollment, or instructor emergency), we will offer:

    •    A full refund, or

    •    The option to reschedule at no additional cost
